Things haven't worked out as I had hoped lately, but today I was able to become CPR and AED certified at work. It was something that I've wanted to do for a long time, so I jumped at the chance. I am part of our emergency response team, which is right up my alley. Some things were different from when I was certified as a kid, but the process is easy and straight forward. I had never used AED, but the machine tells you what to do at every step. This is something that I will try to keep current every two years.

CPR certified
